All our timber buildings are guaranteed for 1 year but you must be aware timber freestanding buildings need regular maintenance to keep out the elements. Small splits can occur in the timbers, roofing felt needs to be checked regularly, all corners and joints may need attention after 12 months and mastic sealer on windows should be checked and regular timber treatments need to be applied.
Don’t forget timber moves with the weather, shrinks when it’s hot and swells when it’s wet. A few hours once a year checking these things will increase the life of your shed or any timber product that stands in you’re garden.
